 Module 1: Communication skills and feedback

There is a common belief that words are mightier than the sword.
This is a proven fact many times. For humans, words are more than just a means of communication. More often than not, our behavior and non-verbal expressions speak for us.

Through direct speech, we form and express our thoughts, but in non-verbal communication, our task is to understand the other person's thoughts without words. Body language is a great way to understand what others are thinking or feeling.

Our daily work and non-work interactions are actually full of hidden, non-verbal cues, so identifying them will help you navigate and communicate more effectively.

The course is based entirely on scientific research and aims to teach people to read non-verbal behavior and improve their own skills through practical advice.

Today, in every organization and in the labor market in general, employees with a high level of cultural intelligence are of exceptional importance. They are indispensable in bridging the gaps and gaps in knowledge. It is these employees who introduce their colleagues to different cultures, help establish interpersonal connections, and create smooth interpersonal relationships in a multicultural workforce.

As a result of this course, you will master effective negotiation techniques and will be able to create a "Win-Win" situation during any negotiation. The application of the techniques included in the MLS is the basis for persuasive and successful negotiations.

  • You will learn techniques for achieving predefined goals through negotiation.
     

 Module 4:

  • Basic knowledge of neuro-linguistic programming skills will be acquired.
  • They will learn the secrets of staying motivated and controlling behavior in difficult situations.
  • Will master the life planning skills of the model.
  • Will be able to develop their own plan, which is necessary for the future.
